As Room Lead, Senior Early Years Practitioner of our 2-3 room, it will be your role ensure that all children receive highest level of care, kindness, attention and education whilst attending our cosy, calm and nurturing nurseries. Your role will primarily be to ensure the individual needs of the children are identified and met along with building positive working relationships with the children, staff, parents and carers, whilst supporting the day-today routine.
You will be qualified to level 3 qualification in Childcare with relevant experience.
Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -
Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare.
Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
Ideally previous experience in a similar role
Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
