We are looking for an experienced
Room Leader
to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will lead a designated room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education while supporting staff and fostering a positive environment for children.Key Responsibilities
Lead a nursery room, providing high-quality care and educational experiences. Mentor and support room staff to maintain excellent standards. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities. Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred). Level 3 qualification in childcare. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about early years education and child development.
