We are seeking an experienced
Room Leader
to manage a nursery room and lead a team of childcare staff. The ideal candidate will have aLevel 3 qualification
and2 years of nursery or childcare experience
.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursery room and staff effectively. Plan and deliver engaging educational activities for children. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education. 2 years of nursery or childcare experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Caring, enthusiastic, and committed to children's development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
