Job Description
We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Room Leader to join our team. As the Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children under your care. You will lead a team of dedicated early childhood educators, ensuring the delivery of outstanding childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of nursery practitioners. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for our under two's. Promote the well-being and development of each child. Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements. Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
Requirements:
Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. Experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child development.
