You will provide professional leadership to staff members, ensuring the highest standards of care and education throughout the setting.

Key Responsibilities

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily duties Deploy staff appropriately to maintain standards and ratios Ensure effective implementation of the key carer system Ensure all practice and provision meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers Develop open, positive working relationships with staff, parents, and carers Promote the nursery to existing and prospective families
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
