We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Room Leader
with a strong background in nursery or childcare settings. If you are passionate about leading a team and supporting children's development, we would love to hear from you.Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting Leadership experience or ability to supervise a team Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and EYFS Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a nursery room, supporting and mentoring staff Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate learning activities Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in your care Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Promote a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment in line with EYFS standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 43.5 per week
