Kinderland is growing!! We're looking fantastic Room Leaders/Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely team! We are seeking dynamic leaders with a genuine passion for guiding their room and creating the best opportunities for children. Kinderland Day Nurseries are a family-run establishment that has been offering high-quality childcare in Croydon since 1995. Our sister day nursery is opening January 2025!!

To be considered for the Senior Early Years Practitioner role you must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification and good knowledge of the EYFS. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:


Good communication skills Passion for Early Years! Sector Experience Be a quick thinker Desire to help children develop and grow to achieve their full potential! Sense of humour Enthusiasm and patience An attentive and compassionate nature A BIG smile!

Our new nursery is situated in Central Croydon, with convenient transport links to East Croydon Station, South Croydon Station, and West Croydon Station. The nearest tram stops are George Street Tram Stop, Wellesley Road Tram Stop, and East Croydon Tram Stop. We are also conveniently located for many bus routes.


We are looking for Room Leaders to join our team in December 2024 or at the beginning of January 2025. We look forward to hearing from you!

Safeguarding


We have named persons within the nursery who take lead responsibility for safeguarding and

co-ordinate child protection and welfare issues, known as

the Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL), there is always at least one designated person on duty during the opening hours of the setting.

All applicants should be aware that a huge part of the role is ensuring children are continuously safeguarded from any harm. Any job offers will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction programme, and 3 months' probation period. All successful candidates will be given lots of training upon starting their role.
