We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. Working with Babies, Tweenies, Toddlers and Pre School

Level 3 or Higher qualification - Essential

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting. As a RoomAL10045 Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and fostering an engaging learning environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and manage a team will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and motivate staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns. Manage classroom activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating. Implement educational programmes that promote early childhood development. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both children and staff. Assist with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling and record-keeping. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided to children.

Requirements

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children in a nursery setting is highly desirable. A genuine passion for child development and education. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
