About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Room Leader

with a

Level 3 or higher childcare qualification

to lead a room in our Ealing nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early years education, who wants to make a positive impact on children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a group of children aged 0-5 years. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Support and mentor nursery staff within your room. Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of children's development in line with EYFS standards. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

Level 3 or higher childcare qualification (Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner). Proven experience leading a room or supervising a group of children. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality childcare.
