Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join our team in providing high-quality care and education for young children. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children - Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children - Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development - Supervise and support staff members in the room - Drive continuous improvement in the nursery room to meet regulatory standards - Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents Requirements: - Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent - Ability to engage with young children and create a nurturing environment If you are passionate about working with children, possess excellent leadership qualities, and have experience in early childhood education, we would love to hear from you.
