We are looking for a

Level 3 Qualified Childcare Room Leader

to join our amazing Team. We want you to be excited to go to work each day and can manage the Baby room and want you to feel valued and appreciated.

A brand-new, purpose-built nursery opened in January 2024. This new addition is situated just behind our first ever nursery which opened in 2004 in Riverside Centre, Carrack House. This setting has been long awaited, newly built and has a bespoke layout. We are 5 minutes walk from the Erith train station and Town centre.

You will need:

A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification

Experience of supervising in an Early Years/Nursery environment

Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework

Proven experience and evidence of improving performance

The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children

A passion for childcare and child development.

Are you ?

Passionate and enthusiastic with working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development

Have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage

Have the ability to plan for, deliver, record and assess the elements within the EYFS

Able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality building parent partnerships
