Job Summary




We're looking for a Room Leader committed to supporting children's growth and learning based at our Toddletown Farnham nursery, that is a beautifully renovated setting just minutes from Farnham train station.




As Room Leader, you'll guide a dedicated team in one of our thoughtfully designed baby, toddler, or preschool rooms--each tailored to meet the developmental needs and interests of the children.


Our purpose-built nursery, opened in 2021, features spacious rooms, a bespoke Early Years garden, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're just a short walk from Tunbridge Wells train station and well-served by local buses, making your commute easy and reliable.




Your Role




As Room Leader, you'll:


Lead your team in delivering high-quality care and education, rooted in our "Where Children Shine" curriculum and the EYFS framework Create a safe, stimulating space where children are free to move, explore, and learn--no bouncers, no forced seating, just authentic play Support daily operations through strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation Mentor and coach your team with empathy, using tools like peer observations and reflective meetings to foster growth Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's journey





What We're Looking For




You'll bring:


A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Experience leading a nursery room and mentoring staff A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to child-led learning Proven ability to uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies A "can-do" attitude, creative thinking, and a genuine love for working with children and families
