Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator, Room Leader to join our team. As our Room Leader you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support the individual needs of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or accidents that may occur
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

- Stay up-to-date with current best practices in early childhood education

-Leading the team in the room to ensure the best possible care is given to the children.

Qualifications
- Minimum SVQ Level 3
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
