Please note the nursery is open 7:15am-6:15pm, which our working days typically follow.

We are seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leaders to join our dedicated team at our Chalkstone Way site.

About the Role:


We are looking for experienced Room Leaders to play a vital role in the launch and development of our new nursery setting.


The role includes:

Leading a room to ensure a high-quality, stimulating, and nurturing environment Supervising and mentoring staff, sharing best practices Contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

About You:

A qualified childcare professional (minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent) Confident in leading and inspiring a team Creative, reflective, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and education Skilled in building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
