Room Leader - Lead, Inspire and Make Every Day Magical!

Sapphire Rey Childcare Crew are excited to be recruiting for a passionate Room Leader to join a friendly nursery that's full of potential, creativity and smiles!

This is the perfect role for someone who loves being hands-on, thrives on creating meaningful learning experiences, and knows how to bring out the best in every child (and team member too!).

What You'll Be Doing



Leading your room with confidence, warmth and imagination.

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality activities that spark curiosity.

Supporting and mentoring your team to deliver the best for every child.

Ensuring EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding standards are met with care and pride.

What We're Looking For



Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education.

Previous experience as a Senior Practitioner or strong practitioner ready to step up.

A fun, proactive leader who loves to inspire, encourage and celebrate success.
