Qualification:

NVQ Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare

Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in early years and childcare

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Room Leader

to manage and lead a team in our childcare setting. The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years' experience

in early years and childcare, holding

NVQ Level 3

or equivalent. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, supporting both children and staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of childcare practitioners Plan and implement engaging activities for children Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in your care Maintain records and communicate with parents and management
