NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare Minimum 3 years' experience in early years and childcare Leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery setting Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and EYFS Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passionate about leading a team and providing high-quality childcare
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a nursery room, supporting and mentoring staff Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate learning activities Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in your care Maintain strong communication with children, parents, staff, and management Promote a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment in line with EYFS standards
