Flower Pots Day Nursery is seeking Level 3 qualified room leaders to join our friendly team at our Kings Langley location. As a room leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team in early years and ensuring the smooth running of the room.

This full-time position offers the successful candidates opportunities to advance their childcare career through additional training and promotion possibilities.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

Safeguarding the children and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Observing and recording the children's development through age-appropriate activities. Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff. Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures at all times. Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents, and staff. Leading the team within your room to ensure best practices are maintained and high standards are upheld. Supporting the management team within the setting.

Applicants for this role must possess a clean enhanced DBS check. Flower Pots Day Nursery will arrange for this to be obtained when you begin your employment. A full and relevant Level 3 qualification and previous experience of working within an early years setting are also required.
