We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a room, planning and delivering activities, and supporting the development and well-being of the children in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a designated room within the nursery. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences. Support and mentor staff within the room. Ensure the safety, health, and welfare of all children. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
