Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Room Leader

to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and the ability to lead a room, providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nursery staff within your room. Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's development. Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care. Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues. Uphold nursery policies, procedures, and quality standards.
