Room Leader - Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference!

What you'll do:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that bring learning to life.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
Maintain high expectations and ensure the very best standards in your room.
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and confident.

What we're looking for:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher).

Experience working in an early years setting with a genuine passion for child development.
Strong leadership and organisational skills - able to motivate, guide, and support your team.
A positive, proactive approach (with plenty of energy and enthusiasm!).
A commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
