We are seeking an experienced
Room Leader
to lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. The successful candidate will guide a team of nursery practitioners and support children's development and learning.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners in delivering high-quality care and education. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning programs. Observe, assess, and document children's development and progress. Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues. Ensure the nursery room complies with all regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred). Level 3 qualification or higher in childcare. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about child development and early years education.
