Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery is desirable Strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS, and childcare best practices
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a nursery room, supporting and mentoring staff Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning activities for children Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and development of all children in your care Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and management Promote a positive and stimulating learning environment in line with EYFS standards
