About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated

Room Leader

to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about providing the best possible start in life for children.

You will play a key role in supporting the Nursery with the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and education are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery Lead and motivate a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding early years education Manage operational aspects including

staffing, finances, health and safety, and curriculum quality

Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to ensure open communication and positive relationships Plan and deliver

engaging, age-appropriate activities

to promote children's learning and development Ensure compliance with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

and all relevant safeguarding standards
What We're Looking For

The

right to work in the UK

Level 3 or above childcare qualification

Proven

team leadership

and

people management

skills A strong understanding of

EYFS

and

Ofsted requirements

Excellent communication and organisational abilities A positive, supportive, and professional attitude
About You

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,000.00 per year
