Room Leader
to join an established nursery that's looking for fresh ideas, energy, and a positive role model to help strengthen practice.This is a great opportunity for a skilled practitioner who loves supporting others, creating engaging learning environments, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead your room team to deliver high-quality care and learning. Plan inspiring, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS. Support and mentor staff to develop their confidence and skills. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
Requirements:
Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education. Previous experience in a senior or Room Leader role. A proactive, motivated and supportive approach to teamwork.
