We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Level 3 Room Leader
to join our Day Nursery inHither Green
. This full-time role is ideal for an early years professional withat least 2 years' experience
, passionate about leading a team and delivering high-quality care and education.Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the room, ensuring high standards of care and education Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS Observe, assess, and record children's development and progress Mentor and support nursery staff to maintain excellent practice Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Build strong relationships with parents and carers Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS regulations
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience
in an early years setting Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development principles Caring, reliable, and proactive approachJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,500.00-33,000.00 per year
