Your Role

As Room Leader, you'll guide your team in creating a safe, inspiring space for children to thrive. You'll plan EYFS-aligned activities, observe and record progress, and build positive relationships with parents.

What You'll Need

Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification Experience in a nursery setting Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding & child protection A kind, proactive attitude and passion for early education
