to join our dynamic and supportive nursery team.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of practitioners in delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. With your guidance, your room will become a nurturing, creative space where children thrive--and where your team feels supported and empowered to grow.

Your Role as Room Leader

Inspire and Lead:

Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

Motivate Your Team:

Manage, guide, and support practitioners to ensure the highest quality of care and learning.

Champion Development:

Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, tailoring support to their individual needs.

Build Partnerships:

Develop strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and engaged in their child's journey.

Ensure Excellence:

Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards to create a secure and enriching environment.

Foster Growth:

Mentor your team and encourage continuous professional development.
