What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a designated room (Baby, Toddler, or Preschool - depending on experience) Creating and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFP framework Monitoring and supporting each child's development Leading, motivating, and supporting your team of practitioners Maintaining high standards of care, hygiene, and safety Building strong partnerships with parents and carers Ensuring safeguarding procedures are always followed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

Level 3 qualification

in Childcare (or equivalent) Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role Strong understanding of the

EYFP

, child development, and safeguarding Positive attitude, with excellent communication and leadership skills A caring, patient, and proactive approach to childcare
