We are actively recruiting a

Room Leader

for our setting based in the SE23 area. As the

Room Leader

you will bring a strong willingness to make a real difference whilst delivering excellent care within our nursery.

Duties include, but not limited to:

To oversee the day to day running of the room. To be approachable for parents and staff . To be responsible for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff. To ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. To take an active role within the senior management team. To ensure the base room runs smoothly and is clean, tidy and presentable at all times. To ensure adherence to health and safety policies. To ensure all room and Nursery policies and procedures are adhered to. To respect and maintain confidentiality. To inform the Nursery Manager of any problems, children's illnesses and absences. To induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise the Nursery practitioners. To identify training needs.
