Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support staff within the room Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards
