We have now opened this position up to Part-time or Full-time!!

Welcome to Happy Trails Play Nursery in Shinfield, where we're flipping the script on childcare.

We're known for two big things:

Putting the fun back in childcare Leading the way in healthy eating
And now? We're searching for someone just like you to take the reins of our Preschool Room - affectionately called The Pineapple Room - and lead it with energy, warmth, and creativity.

Cooking Club

Yes, our children cook with real chefs in a real children's kitchen. We don't just play with food -- we teach it, we taste it, and we explore it together.

Gardening Club

We've got an actual allotment and an outdoor learning expert. Think bug hotels, compost, birdwatching, tomatoes, and wide-eyed wonder. It's more than outdoor play -- it's a hands-in-the-soil education.

The Preschool Team You've Always Dreamed Of

What we're looking for:

You've got experience as a Room Leader - or you're a strong Level 3 ready to step up - you'll need to prove this! You're organised and a natural motivator. You love to lead from the front and make learning magical. You're on a mission - not just to tick boxes, but to raise the bar for early years education. You're a happy human who brings good vibes, fresh ideas, and real energy to every shift.
