Sapphire Rey Childcare Crew are recruiting for an enthusiastic
Room Leader
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a an established nursery, help shape the environment, and make a real difference in children's early learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead your room team to deliver high-quality care and education. Plan engaging activities following the EYFS. Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Ensure high standards of safeguarding, safety, and practice.
Requirements:
Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education. Previous experience in a nursery, ideally in a senior or Room Leader role. Passionate, motivated, and ready to help build something special.
