Qualification:

Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education

Experience Required:

Previous experience working as a Room Leader Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in planning and delivering activities for children in a nursery setting

Role Responsibilities:

Lead a nursery room, managing staff and supporting their development Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging learning activities for children Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and holistic development of all children in your room Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and senior management Monitor and maintain high standards of care and learning within the room Support staff training, mentorship, and performance management
