We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Room Leader
to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a room of children, planning and delivering activities, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and development.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a room of children, ensuring high-quality care and learning. Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and management. Support and mentor junior staff within the room. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Room Leader
in a nursery or childcare setting. Level 3 qualification in childcare. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about early years education and child development.How to Apply
