We are seeking an experienced
Room Leader
to lead and manage a room within our nursery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Room Leader and hold aLevel 3 qualification
in childcare or early years education.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of nursery staff within your room. Plan and deliver engaging activities for children, supporting their learning and development. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and welfare of all children in your care. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education. Previous experience as a
Room Leader
. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passionate, caring, and committed to supporting children's development.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
