Roles
We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to run our 1-2 year room.
The role covers the day to day running of the room, including team task allocation and break management. The, training, support and coaching of the Practitioners and Assistants to ensure they are working according to best practice. Additionally building partnerships with parents and acting as an escalation point for any queries.
Hours
This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Shifts can start between 6:45am and 10am and finish between 3:45pm and 7pm. Team are expected to work a 9 hour shift within these hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 31,500.00 per year
