We're looking a fantastic Room Leader/ Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely team!


We are a thriving and well-established private Day Nursery located in sunny South Croydon, our family-run setting has been open for 28 years and we pride ourselves on excellent standards of care. We provide a loving, caring and friendly environment for our children but also for our staff too!


As a Room Leader you would...


Bring enthusiasm and excitement to every day, leading the team and encouraging everyone to do their very best for the children in our care. Inspire your team daily! Ensure the children are happy, safe and content! Ensure a high standard of care for all children! Develop and main meaningful, professional relationships with parents and carers! Be able to embark on new adventures and develop wondrous new ideas to give the children the very best chance at learning something new!

To be considered for the Senior Early Years Practitioner role you must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification and good knowledge of the EYFS. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:


Good communication skills Passion for Early Years! Early Years Experience Be a quick thinker Desire to help children develop and grow to achieve their full potential! Sense of humour Enthusiasm and patience An attentive and compassionate nature A BIG smile!

The role is working 43.75 hours per week on a shift pattern.
