Room Leader (4 Year Olds) - Term Time Only

Location: Glebe Kids Nursery, Letchworth Garden City
Hours: 32.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday (8:45am-3:15pm Monday to Friday)
Salary: 13.00 per hour/1530 per month
Contract: Permanent (Term Time Only)

Glebe Kids Nursery, an award-winning, Ofsted Outstanding nursery, is hiring a

Room Leader

to oversee our 4 year-old room. We are known for our high standards, excellent reputation, and commitment to nurturing children's growth. If you're passionate about early childhood education, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small but dedicated team. The 4 year old room has a capacity for 16 for year olds and you will have a team of two of our wonderful practitioners to support you.

Who We're Looking For:

Level 3+ Childcare Qualification

(required)

3+ years experience

in a nursery setting Leadership skills or experience as a Room Leader, Deputy, or Senior Practitioner Passionate about delivering high standards of care and education

Your Role:

Lead the 4 Year-Old Room

:To create a stimulating learning environment
