superstar Room Leader

to help guide our toddler and preschool room. If you're passionate, fun, and ready to make a genuine impact, we want you on our team!

The Role: Lead, Inspire & Spark Joy

As our new Room Leader, you'll:

Lead a team of enthusiastic practitioners Create exciting, child-led activities inspired by the EYFS Build warm, trusting relationships with families Support and track each child's unique learning journey Keep our environment safe, caring, and full of wonder Celebrate every milestone--big or small Bring fun, laughter, calm, and creativity into the room every day

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) At least 2 years' experience with toddlers/preschoolers Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong EYFS knowledge Fantastic communication and teamwork skills A big heart and genuine love for early years Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete)

Bonus Points:

Level 5/Early Childhood degree Experience with SEND Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
