Our nursery is thoughtfully designed with bright, open-plan rooms and engaging outdoor spaces to inspire children's curiosity and confidence.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Room Leader to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead a dedicated group of early years practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education tailored to each child's needs. Your leadership will inspire a positive environment where children thrive, families feel confident, and staff are motivated to excel.

Lead and supervise a designated room of children, planning engaging activities that support their developmental milestones Support and mentor team members through effective training, guidance, and performance management Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, providing updates on children's progress and addressing their needs with professionalism Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policies to maintain a safe, secure setting Oversee daily routines including meal times, outdoor play, and rest periods to promote well-being Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records of children's development and attendance Support the implementation of the early years curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual needs

Proven experience in early childcare education with relevant Level 3 qualifications in childcare Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, Ofsted standards, and health & safety regulations Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, and team management Skilled in customer service, conflict resolution, and building positive relationships with families Organized with excellent time management skills to handle shift management and daily operational duties

Pay: 27,040.00-30,160.00 per year
