Job Description
Room Leader (1-2 Year Room)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the 1-2 year room. Allocate team tasks and manage staff breaks. Train, support, and coach Practitioners and Assistants to ensure best practice. Build strong partnerships with parents and act as an escalation point for queries.
Hours
Full-time, permanent role. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Shifts between 6:45am-10am start and 3:45pm-7pm finish. Standard 9-hour shift within these times.
