About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Room Leader to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will lead a room, ensuring high standards of care and learning for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team within the nursery room. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Monitor and support children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a nurturing environment. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting. Level 3 qualification or above in childcare. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Enthusiastic, caring, and professional approach.
