We are seeking an experienced
Room Leader
to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment while supporting children's development and managing staff effectively.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning programs. Observe, assess, and document children's development. Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the nursery.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting. Level 3 qualification or above in childcare. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about child development and early years education.
