We are seeking an experienced
Room Leader
to manage a nursery room and lead a team of childcare staff. The ideal candidate will have aLevel 3 or above qualification
and proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a nursery room and staff effectively. Plan and deliver engaging, educational activities for children. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Level 3 or higher qualification in childcare or early years education. Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Caring, enthusiastic, and committed to children's development.
