As a Room Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire a team in delivering high-quality early years education and care. You'll play a key part in planning and implementing engaging activities aligned with national guidance and the early years curriculum.
Requirements:
? HNC in Childcare and Education or SVQ Level 7 in Social Services (Children and Young People)
? Experience in a similar senior role within early years settings
? Strong knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and national frameworks (e.g. Realising the Ambition, Curriculum for Excellence, GIRFEC)
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
? A nurturing, child-centred approach
