Job Overview
Smith Services Ltd is a long-established company providing rope access services throughout the UK.
We are looking for qualified and experienced rope access technicians [all levels considered] to join our team based in Birmingham.
The candidates will be motivated and work well within a team.
You must have a driving licence.
Experience of window cleaning and general maintenance essential.
The work is predominantly window cleaning however you will also work on general maintenance cleaning, pressure washing cladding, inspections, Installation, Surveys and Repairs.
Applicants interested in fixed term or sub-contracting will be considered.
Qualifications [Essential]
IRATA qualified Driving licence
The following would be advantageous to applicants.
Experience of window cleaning
Hours logged working on the ropes.
Knowledge of health and safety
Any experience of general maintenance
IPAF or PASMA qualification
Working at height experience
First aid certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 34,000.00 per year
