Roster Coordinator
to join our compassionate and professional team. This role is ideal for someone semi-retired who still wants to make a meaningful impact in the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage rotas for care workers to ensure smooth service delivery
Communicate effectively with staff and clients when changes are needed or new care packages are introduced
Be able to identify staffing needs ahead of time for recruitment
Ensure all shifts are covered and respond quickly to last-minute changes
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards
What We're Looking For:
Experience using care planning software
is essential
Familiarity with Tagtronics
is highly desirable
Background in care
is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and empathetic
Highly organised with a strong
eye for detail
Confident in managing change and sourcing new care packages
Reliable, proactive, and a team player

No parking is included however there is transport links to each office due to their central locations.
