Rota Assistant

Bee's Care

is a home care provider based in Peterborough. Our aim is to provide high quality care based on the individual needs and preferences of the service user and we implement this using a person-centred approach.

We are currently looking for a full time Rota Assistant, working from our friendly central based office from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

What do we require:

Rota planning experience is essential for this role. A friendly and approachable manner. Great customer service skills both on the phone and in person. Excellent organisation skills. The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Care planner experience is advantageous, however full training will be given.

Responsibilities:

We provide domiciliary care to vulnerable children and adults, the schedules and planning for our team needs to be planned precisely and accurately. There are many different elements that must be considered to make this rota system run smoothly. It would be your job to work within the team to keep this process running like clockwork.
