In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the production, monitoring and co-ordination of Badger clinical and support staff rotas. You will ensure that all operational rotas are produced on time and appropriate staffing levels are maintained ensuring the accuracy of information. You will be supported and be responsible for the line management of Rota Team Administrators. You will be responsible for building excellent working relationships with all staff members, team leaders, management and senior management to establish and deliver robust rotas with appropriate contingency plans in place.
You will need to work collaboratively with other business functions. You will work closely with the Workforce Department to report and manage sickness absence, annual leave, study leave, shift swaps and temporary staffing, bringing urgent matters to the attention of the appropriate Directors. There will be a requirement as and when required to work Weekends.
